Seeking an M&A analyst for a mid market boutique within their business/support services team recruitment
For the past twelve years, they have maintained their position as a market leader in the European Support Services Sector. The concept of outsourcing services is going from strength to strength. Permanent drivers which have shaped support services in the UK are increasingly prevalent throughout Europe and across the globe.
They work across over thirty support services sub-sectors and have specialist, in-depth knowledge of the following areas:
- Business process outsourcing
- Blue collar services (e.g. cleaning, security, repairs maintenance)
- Energy services (e.g. oil gas, nuclear)
- Infrastructure and utility services
- Plant and equipment hire
- Professional services (e.g. consulting).
- Recruitment and HR services
- Testing and inspection.
They have an excellent reputation within both the public and private markets, working with many of the people and companies who have shaped the sector as it is today.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Building and using complex financial models, completing valuation and analytical exercises
- Preparing and participating in deal pitches
- Executing end-to-end client transactions
- Very strong communication skills
- High attention to detail coupled with a great work ethic.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience within Investment Banking (MA) and have excellent analytical and technical skills supported by a strong academic background.
