We seeking an executive assistant to support the President of a very high-profile non-profit in Cambridge. This is a permanent opportunity with an organization that comes from along and rich history of academic excellence. In this traditional Executive Assistant role, you will be performing the following responsibilities: - Fully responsible to manage the domestic and professional calendar for the President - Responsible to schedule, coordinate and organize domestic meetings - Also will need to collect, put together and prepare the required information for meetings - Due to the President's busy schedule, the Executive Assistant will be required to plan the travel arrangements - domestic and international - that are occurring about 20% of the time - Due to responsibilities in this role, the Executive Assistant is required to have previous work experience with MS Word and the ability to do mail merges for invitations etc.., Excel to prepare reports, and PowerPoint to create meetings presentations Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 Competencies required: --Previous relevant working experience as an EA reporting directly to a VP, President or C-level executive --Possess the ability to adapt to multiple expectations and execute in a multitasking environment --Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) To apply, please call 617/354-7215 immediately.
