We are currently seeking experienced Project Coordinators, Project Assistants and Senior Project Officers to fulfil our clients’ needs. If you are seeking a flexible opportunity to develop a range of Project Management skills, and balance your work and life commitments, then we could have the position you have been waiting for!
Our clients have ongoing needs for candidates who have demonstrated experience in managing projects related, but not limited to change management, workforce planning, organisational restructure and design, policy and procedure development and ICT governance. Responsibilities and duties may include:
- Liaising and managing relationships with key project stakeholders
- Financial and resource management
- Providing advanced administrative support
- Communicating policies and procedures
- Reporting on project performance
To be successful, you will have demonstrated experience in the project management area, coupled with strong organisational skills, oral and written communication and a flexible and adaptable work approach. You will also have a high level of understanding of the tools and systems used in project management. Additional experience in Organisational Design, Restructure, Human Resources or Workforce Planning will also be highly regarded, but is not essential.
