Lorian Health is a growing home health agency seeking energetic members to join our team of skilled professionals in Riverside County. Lorian is currently looking for Physical Therapists (PT) to service our Riverside patients (Multiple Territories Available). Major responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patient status, assisting in the implementation of the plan of care, and preparing and submitting accurate therapy notes.
All applicants must be licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California and must have at least one year of experience subsequent to obtaining licensure. Home health/Acute Care experience a plus!!!
