To thrive in this role, you'll need to love variety, work independently, communicate well and be extremely organized, even when you're working alone. We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in office administration. You may have experience from a different field than property management but should have a proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize. The right candidate will play an integral part in the future expansion of our company.

Key Responsibilities Involve:

·         Budget development and implementation

·         Set up systems and procedures as required

·         A/R A/P utilizing Quick Books Pro

·         Payroll, quarterly taxes, tax preparation, 1099

·         Human resources/ benefits

·         Administrative duties

Candidates Must Possess the Following Qualities:
