Segment and Products Marketing Manager (Segment Marketing) recruitment
Job Description
To assist the line manager to formulate the marketing strategy for designated Customer segments and/or Product portfolio implement them effectively with an aim to promote the brand loyalty and to deliver the related business goals
Key Roles Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Assist to formulate implement marketing strategies to grow designated Customer segments and/or Product portfolio
- Manage the marketing budget per campaign plan
- Maximize marketing effectiveness and promote multi-product bundles and cross-sell
- Assist to manage an effective marketing calendar with considerations on channel requirements, sales capacity and multi-product (bundles) sales opportunities
- Support development of segment portfolio offers through marketing services
- Use approved group vendors (TBWA OMD or their network agencies)
- Manage local agency partner relationship and other third-party supplier relationships
- Assist to lead the development of appropriate campaign measures and processes to maximize ROI
- Design roll out marketing campaigns to achieve the objectives set under the strategies including investment NFI building, reactivation, new customers acquisition and anti-attrition, etc
- Monitor market and competitors' activities to recommend business insights
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure proper Operational Risk and Compliance related policies and procedures which include but not restrict to Group Operational Risk Standards are in place and in practice, and to ensure mitigation action is being formulated when operational risks within the business unit identified
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures and control requirements, covering regulatory, local and group requirements
People management:
- To demonstrate brand values in everyday life at work
Qualifications Skills
- Holder of Bachelor Degree or above
- With consumer banking experience preferably with solid background in marketing
- Ability to work independently and manage cross functional projects to the highest standards.
- An entrepreneurial thinker with ability to translate opportunities into practical initiatives
- Result oriented with exceptional drive commitment, practical, creative, passionate about the business
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
