Segment Development Manager, Investment Management – ANZ Trustees – Melbourne recruitment

Currently we are looking for an experienced Investment Management specialist to take up the role of Segment Development Manager within ANZ Trustees.
As Segment Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying market segments that will embrace ANZ Trustees (ANZT) products and services. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies in collaboration with Business Development Managers to increase revenue, FUM and client base.
In more details this will involve:
- Segment Strategy Market Development
- Confirm existing and identify new market sub segments
- Conduct market sizing analysis and develop strategies and recommendations on where to play and how to win
- Undertake strategic marketing / business development activities to establish connections and relationships in investment markets
- Partner with Marketing and other relevant stakeholders to design PR and communications to support current products and services
- Develop 'rainmaker' relationships with key stakeholders
- Assist and lead marketing campaigns for ANZT products and services
- Determine ANZT product and service cross-sell capability by conducting regular market needs analysis
- Conduct market analysis and compare existing ANZT products and services to identified needs
- Prepare and present reports on potential market share opportunities to relevant stakeholders
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will ideally be degree qualified in a business related field and have a Diploma of Financial Planning. You will also need extensive experience in Investment Management and market analysis and will ideally have exposure to charitable foundations and trusts.
You will have exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills along with highly developed relationship development skills with the ability to liaise effectively with sophisticated stakeholders. You will have a collaborative, team player approach along with demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
