Segment Marketing Manager – Business and Intermediary (B2B) Team – 12 Month Contract recruitment

The Banking and Financial Services Group (BFS) is the primary relationship manager for Macquarie's retail client base with operations in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe. BFS provides a diverse range of retail banking and wealth management products and services to intermediaries, businesses and the end consumer.

An exciting opportunity is currently available for several experienced marketers to join the newly aligned BFS Business and Intermediary (B2B) marketing team as a Segment Marketing Manager - on a 12 month parental leave contract.

Working closely with the Sales Segment and Product Heads the successful applicant will be responsible for designing strategic marketing strategies and plans utilising the full marketing mix to deliver the business objectives and product targets. You will also have accountability for the management of the segment/product core assets such as sponsorships, collateral, advertising, DM, events and online marketing in collaboration with the specialist marketing services teams to develop and deliver these assets.

These are varied roles assisting the Senior Marketing Manager in developing and implementing medium to long term strategies for delivering the businesses client growth, retention and value improvement objectives across both segments and products.
