Develops and maintains excellent client relationships and promotes new business. He/She must possess and demonstrate a high-level of professionalism and customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry. Previous experience in staffing, human resources/recruiting, or customer service is a plus . Capabilities of our Selling Branch Managers include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsible for the overall financial operation and profitability of the branch Managing the PL for the branch Provides overall management direction and support to branch employees, promotes teamwork Ensures customer satisfaction, manages customer relations issues Increases sales and profits by generating new business Responsible for maintaining compliance with the company's quality programs and processes Desired qualifications include: Great communication skills A Bachelors Degree preferred, and a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in customer service, human resources, sales or general management Staffing industry experience required Solid history of success in sales and operations Excellent communication skills, written and oral Desire to continue growing in your career is imperative!
