Oy Ajat Ltd is a growing hi-tech company specialized in designing and manufacturing CdTe-CMOS based x-ray and gamma ray sensors for dental, industrial and medical applications.
We are looking for a
Semiconductor Physicist
to complete our RD team.
The tasks for the position would include measurements and simulations of x-ray detector materials, design of detector structures, simulations and proofs of concept for various x-ray imaging scenarios, classification of detector materials both from physics and production points of view.
A suitable candidate would have a relevant university degree (preferably PhD) and strong theoretical background and experience on semiconductor and/or radiation converter materials.
The position is permanent and employment can start immediately or as agreed.
