- Proven experience managing group on various wet chemistry projects
- Be able to do chemical formulation work
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a group of 3 - 4 engineers working on various wet chemistry projects
- Implementing process improvements for cost reduction/yield improvements
- Capable of doing chemical formulation work as well
