A new role as a senior account executive has become available with a leading online communications firm based in St Pauls. You will be on a basic package of £35-£40k with an OTE of £75-90k

The Role:

You will be joining a team of seven and will be expected to develop your own pipeline of B2B sales and will be responsible for what you earn. You will be targeted with eight meetings per week and will be given the freedom to make your own decisions and set your own schedule. You will have a range of solutions (audio-and web conferencing solutions, as well as consulting conferencing solutions) to offer in this conceptual sale process that are at the cutting edge in the industry and have a number of strong USP's.

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have at least three years sales experience in selling solutions and concepts in a B2B environment. You will have experience in sourcing your own leads and engaging with the decision maker. Confidence and the right attitude are essential as well as being presentable as you will be meeting with eight potential clients a week. This is a role for a hunter and then a farmer, business development is expected and appearances count for everything.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will Close new business and build a territory by qualifying opportunities and securing demonstrations/meetings with key decision makers in companies

Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs and close the sale

Achieve all individual sales targets set by the company

Attend sales meetings, seminars or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest trends

Keep current with all product information, pricing and contract terms.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of direct sales experience in the B2B market with demonstrated success in solution sales such as online publishing/advertising, consulting services, enterprise software etc

A proven sales record and experience selling to the corporate market will be a big plus

Demonstrated experience developing new business relationships at all levels of enterprise organisations; a true

Experience with contract or renewal sales while exceeding sales quotas

Strong technical aptitude and a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
