Qualifications
- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience personal selling responsibilities in the Mailstream market or related industries selling in a highly competitive environment
- Documented history of at least 3 years with previous sales earnings over $100,000
- Successful solutions selling experience with personal sales results coming from improving business processes or solving business problems with applications that include integrated solutions
- Demonstrated competitive selling success with personal sales results coming from acquiring new customers and taking market share away from competitors
- Self-directed ability to plan activities that execute a defined solutions-selling sales process
- Ability to develop and execute customer contact and account development plans that schedule and deliver a variety of value-added contacts over time
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to plan and document sales activities and capture account information
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to help solve business problems
- Excellent communication skills delivered through a variety of communication channels - specifically including face-to-face, written, email, group seminars, other
- Reliable transportation with a good driving record
