Senior Account Manager – Digital Agency

Leapfrog Online is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage multi-‐channel marketing programs for our Fortune 500 clients. As a Senior Account Manager, you are the connector between the company and the client, the leader of strategy for the brand, and the communicator between all the internal teams. A successful Senior Account Manager understands the client’s business and seeks out opportunities for Leapfrog’s services.

DESIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
The Senior Account Manager must have solid understanding of the online consumer marketplace and response-‐driven tactics. We are looking for someone who can build relationships with not only our clients, but internally as well. You must be comfortable thinking strategically in a continually evolving, dynamic environment. Leapfrog Online is a small company, and to feel at-‐home here, you need to thrive in a fast-‐paced environment, be self-‐ motivated and a proactive problem-‐solver.
- At least 5 years of direct response marketing with 2 years in management
- Minimum 3 years of online marketing experience
- Minimum of 3 years direct client management experience
- Marketing agency experience
- Ability to use various sources of market and customer data to develop marketing strategies
- Demonstrate effective independent thinking and management skills
- Proven relationship building skills and client interaction experience
- Strong writing skills with proposal development experience
- Strong presentation skills
- BA required (Marketing Preferred)
