We have an immediate opening for a Senior Account Manager in the Greater Chicago area. Our ideal is career-minded energetic, dedicated and results-oriented individual who can further develop this lucrative territory.
Successful candidates must possess at least five years’ experience hunting, cultivating and managing a sales territory; while possessing high energy with superior skills in prospecting, needs assessment and closing. A solid understanding of data network architecture and the ability to articulate security solutions is a requirement. Prior experience selling data networking and security services is preferred. A sincere desire to succeed in a professional atmosphere is a must!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expand the client base
- Build strong customer relationships
- Relate at both the 'C' operational levels
- Manage and further penetrate existing accounts
- Active involvement in a network of lead generators
- Define and achieve individual/company sales goals
- Create strong relationships with vendor partners
