This position will be the Account manager, business integrator, and business builder for assigned accounts. This individual is tasked with managing major account(s) to advance products and offerings to meet client needs, financial objectives and establish and capitalize on new opportunities. The individual will also be responsible for providing leadership and direction to internal personnel in an effort to effectively achieve account needs. Responsibilities: - Operation and administration of account contracts - Account relationship development and business development - Primary sales contact - Work with account personnel (HR, Technology, Payroll, Audit and Purchasing) to achieve objectives - Serve as the pivotal point for developing business plans for assigned account(s), including long term goals/objectives, pricing strategy, forecasts, and identification of future business opportunities - Tactical implementation of the business and selling activities required to meet objectives - Provide frequent updates to internal leadership on progress/changes to strategic account plan - Optimize programs for financial objectives - Own overall account relationship to ensure directional support from accounts key personnel for program implementation - Ensure sales revenue growth and acceptable margin is generated for each account(s) Desired Experience/Skills: - Have minimum 7+ years experience in either sales, marketing, or account management - Strong Project Management Skills - Demonstrated ability to apply industry knowledge, implement consultative selling and successfully negotiate - Develop, lead, and facilitate processes to manage complex relationships in order to provide a seamless, unified contact with account(s) - Demonstrate ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key industry/marketing influencers, and internal partners - Get results by developing effective account plans, taking initiative, overcoming obstacles and finding creative solutions http://www.sodexomotivation.com Position Summary : Provides sales oriented leadership in the process of working with the operations team in retention, re-bid, and both new and horizontal sales processes. This position provides unbiased analysis of operational risks and challenges, and strategic planning to retain and grow business.
