(Senior) Account Manager (m/w) Real Estate Finance recruitment

Furthermore candidates are responsible for the management and improvement of administrative and commercial processes and activities within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to and implement - in cooperation with the Relationship / Portfolio Manager -  an operational yearly plan and related budgets with regard to commercial client activities

• Keep up with developments and trends in the market with regard to products and services as well as with movements of competitors

• Drive improvement in Relationship, Portfolio and Account Management by translating clients´ needs

• Conduct timely, complete and correct client data entries and mutations in adequate systems

• Develop credit proposals, exposé reports, revisions and yearly reviews

• Support the Relationship / Portfolio Manager in analyzing the financial position of clients

• Maintain and strengthen relations with existing clients

• Participate in work related to commercial projects

Profile

• University degree in economics

• Previous relevant professional experience (2+) in the field of  financial service or real estate

• Very strong analytic skills

• Customer focus as well as capacity for teamwork required

• Proven ability to deal with stress

• Very good command of German and English is mandatory (spoken and written)

• Familiarity with MS Office tools as well as sound understanding of banking applications
