Senior Account Manager – Payment Systems (Americas) recruitment
Our client is a leading global financial technology provider to the banking and securities industry. This is an extremely successful company and they’re looking to expand their senior Account Management team, to play key roles in building stronger relationships at C level with Tier 1 Investment Banks. This is a key senior hire which is concerned with being a pivotal point of contact, and taking ownership for a number of Tier 1 investment banks globally.
Key responsibilities
- This role has a large level of autonomy to drive this area of the business forward.
Core objectives of this position include:
- Establishing personal contact with customers at Project Sponsor/Executive levels as well as other related decision-makers and influencers (In particular someone who has high level and quality relationships with JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, HSBC or ING would be ideally suited to this position)
- Establishing processes and activities to ensure customer knowledge and skills are sufficient to be successful with the clients solutions
- Assess and measure client satisfaction on products, implementations and service. Place proactive programs in place to measurably improve client satisfaction
- Identifying customer’s needs and additional business opportunities.
Appropriate individuals will have:
You may have previously or currently be working for a SEPA, SWIFT, BACS, Payment solutions provider such as ACI Worldwide, Fundtech, Logica, Clear2Pay, Vocalink, Montran, Dovetail, SIA, Equens, Sterci, Simplex, Bankserv
OR
You may be working for a Core Banking solution provider such as Temenos, Misys, Sungard, Avaloq etc
OR
You may be working for a CAPCO, Accenture, Cap Gemini, PwC and be looking for a different career option. Enabling you to leverage your 'C' level contacts within Investment Banks, and also offer a more commercial role with significant financial rewards
Established successful Relationship Management ability with senior managers in large and small corporations
