Senior Account Manager recruitment

Role

To act as an Account Manager within IIG Client Services

Responsible for the co-ordination of day to day client servicing needs

Responds to client inquiries regarding operation of all products and procedures and reporting

Works closely with Relationship Manager by providing feedback on trends/issues and implementation of plans for expanding existing relationships and broader business development

Principal Responsibilities

•   To act as main operational contact for client queries, liaising with appropriate internal partners where appropriate and ensuring resolution in agreed timeframes

•   Participation in client meetings/presentations

•   Opening/closing/administration of clients accounts

•   Maintenance of client legal filing and documentation requirements

•   Maintenance of Service Level Agreements and client Account Sheets

•   Monitor to ensure that all client deliverables are met across all product lines

•   Project management of restructure or transition activity

•   Communication of any changes to the client relationship to the relevant parties at Northern Trust in a timely manner

•   To assist Relationship Managers with service reviews

•   Proactively work with client to automate manual processes and minimize risk where possible.

•   Organisation of client training

•   Assist Relationship Manager with preparation of presentations, meeting agenda’s and client call reports

Skills / Experience

•   The ideal candidate will have a strong background within financial services industry with proven client  service skills and experience.

•   Knowledge of the client sector and Asset servicing/related products

•   Dutch/Nordic  language skills an advantage
