Our Sr. Account Representative position offers diversity in your work and exposure to many other areas of the business; which includes broad interactions with all aspects of our company i.e. Marketing, Distribution, Logistics.

 

Work schedule is Monday through Friday; 9am-6pm. The ability to work rotating Saturdays (approx. every 6-7 weeks) is a must.

 

Summary:

The successful candidate will proactively function as a part of the Woodstream team with responsibility for strengthening customer relationships by managing the order management process from receipt of purchase order to resolution of customer payment.  Analyzing information to find opportunities to help our customers grow their business is required; proactively problem solve with customers; and deliver value added service to our customers.

 

Experience:

·         3-5 years experience in customer service or relations

·         Experience managing the alignment of available inventory to customer orders.

·         Experience managing international shipments is required.

·         Experience analyzing data in Excel Access.

·         High School Diploma required; AS/BS in Business or related field preferred.

 

Skills:

·         Ability to work in a fast-pace environment.

·         Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision making skills. 

·         Results oriented.

·         Effectively manage multiple projects

·         Excellent PC and system skills i.e. AS400, Access, Excel
