Senior Accountant - Digital Sport
Description As our NIKE Digital Sport senior accountant, you will be responsible for executing various accounting functions for this fast-growing business unit and help design and build the financial backbone for NIKE's expanding digital space. Key responsibilities include: ? Aware of and monitors compliance of processes, transactions and balances with accounting/finance policies. ? Execute accounting processes and maintain effective internal controls around the tracking and accounting for capital expenditures and development costs in accordance with US GAAP and NIKE Accounting Policy. ? Research financial anomalies and make corrections as necessary ? Manage day-to-day accounting operations and establish processes as needed to handle new payment streams. ? Performs monthly account and cost center reconciliations and supporting schedules to assist management ? Work closely with cross-functional counterparts on partnership contracts and develop and maintain processes to account for new revenue streams. ? Provide recommendations and input on key financial and performance management metrics to optimize the short-term/long-term goals critical to Digital Sport's success. ?
