Job Description
Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the accounting with respect to local Singapore entities
- Responsible for cashflow management includes monitoring the bank balances, handling daily payments and receipts with respect to local Singapore entities
- Assist and support managers in regulatory reporting, including quarterly consolidation for funds and Singapore investment holding companies.
- Responsible for review and provide analysis of underlying financial statement information prepared by service provider and foreign subsidiary companies.
- Responsible for inter-companies reconciliation for the region.
- Work with in-house tax team and external tax agent to ensure timely and accurate filings of local country tax filing requirements and GST filing.
- Liaise with external auditors for funds audit and local statutory audit.
- Ad-hoc or any other new assignments in addition to normal duties.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and accounting qualified (ACCA / CPA)
- Minimum 4 years working experience in the Real Estate/ Property industry
- Working knowledge in US GAAP is highly preferable
- Able to work in tight schedules and strong communication skills
