Salary to $90K + Bonus

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Supervise audit engagements and observe the work of audit staff, keeping the managers informed of status.

·         Manage timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback.

·         Develop and sustain relationships with client personnel to obtain  better understanding of business operations, process and functions.

·         Gain thorough knowledge and comprehension of the company’s audit methods and tools.

·         Help with creating the company’s audit approach

·         Recognize and perform research on accounting issues under IFRS and or US GAAP.

·         Create and develop audit summary memoranda and key discussion points for the closing meetings with management.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

·         4-6 years of recent audit experience with a quality CPA firm

·         Knowledge of ProSystem

·         CPA or dedicated to taking and completing the CPA exam

·         Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution and service industry required

·         Strong analytical and report writing skills.
