Senior Accountant-External Reporting Job in Houston 77027, Texas US
Accounting Principals is currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant with external reporting (SEC reporting experience). This position will work in the external reporting group and assist with the following duties:
§ Assist with preparation of 10-K filings, 10-Q filings and other SEC filings.
§ Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including footnotes.
§ Assist corporate accounting with month-end consolidation and analysis as needed.
§ Various special projects as needed.
Qualified candidates must have a degree in Accounting, 3+ years of accounting experience with at least one year of SEC reporting experience, strong computer skills, and excellent communication skill. A CPA or actively pursuing certification. Please forward resumes ASAP.
