We are currently seeking qualified applicants for a Senior Accountant position.
Bethany Methodist Corporation is a vertically integrated healthcare organization seeking an Accountant with experience in a healthcare setting or experience auditing Healthcare organizations for a Senior Accountant position. Position will perform general accounting functions for in a corporate environment consisting of four (4) separately functioning healthcare locations (a hospital, a sub acute skilled nursing and rehab facility, and 2 independent / assisted living facilities), as well as financial projections.
Qualified candidate must have experience in a hospital or healthcare system, CPA preferred. Familiarity with third-party reimbursement is required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant preferred
2+ years of supervisory accounting experience, preferably in a hospital or an acute care healthcare setting
Proficiency in MS Excel
Meditech experience a plus
