Job Description: Education/Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred. CPA is preferred.
o Financial and/or accounting experience required - extensive experience in producing audited financial statements for pension plans highly preferred
Skills and Competencies
o Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking o Ability to work independently and manage one’s time o Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed o Ability to work using multi currancies and FX Excel experience is a must. SAP knowledge preferred. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint is helpful.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Prepare Audited Financial Statements for Pension Plan.
Assist with with the preparation of work papers for the allocation of Deferred Compensation Tax Funding related to International Assignees.
Monthly booking of Pension expenses across multiple legal entities under IFRS and US GAAP and preparing reconciliations (both pnl and balance sheet).
