Qualifications
· Accounting degree
· Some experience in a Manufacturing environment
· Knowledge of Project/Cost Accounting
· Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
· Strong Interpersonal skills and positive attitude
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Solid time management and organizational skills
· Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
· Assist in all aspects of month end closing
· Preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements
· Review and reconcile job WIP reports
· Preparation of various production and sales reports
· Assist Internal and External Auditors with information requests as needed
· Assist in annual budget preparation
· Assist in the preparation of job cost reports
· Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analysis on request
· Assist and back up department clerical staff as needed
There may be some involvement in the ERP upgrade to the new version of Epicor.
