Senior Accountant Required for International Life Assurance Company in Dublin
An International financial services company are currently recruiting for a qualified accountant to join their Dublin operation on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who would like to join an evolving business. This company is a subsidiary of a large banking and financial services group who have their life assurance division based in Dublin.
The qualified accountant will be responsible for full accounts preparation which will include annual returns to the Central Bank as well as tax returns for the insurance entity. There will be project based work as part of this job, which will allow the successful candidate to gain exposure to various elements of the business.
They are looking for a qualified accountant who ideally trained with a large accounting firm. Post qualified experience working in the Life Assurance / Insurance sector is essential. An understanding of risk management in addition to IFRS knowledge is ideal.
