Responsibilities:
- Assisting in Month End Close Process
- Account reconciliations
- Journal Entries including accruals, prepaids and monthly payroll entry
- Fixed Asset tracking and calculation of monthly depreciation expense
- Inventory and Cost of Goods Sold Analysis
- Bank Reconciliations for Operating, Payroll and Zero Balance Accounts
- Assisting with annual budgeting process
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 years public or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Prior exposure to large general ledger package such as SAP, Oracle, or
JD Edwards is a plus
