DELIVERY
- Senior Accounting Manager in charge of listed and non-listed (Real Estate, Private Equity, etc…) operations.
- Involved in the set up process of structures (meetings with lawyers and third parties, internal parties …).
- In charge of the preparation of statutory financial statements and annual accounts for both regulated and unregulated vehicles for which he is responsible to process operations properly (accurate figures), in due time and with respect to the Accounting Principles of these structures (Lux GAAP, IFRS, etc…).
- Perform NAV calculation accurately and within deadlines.
- Provide support to our clients.
- In charge to review and validate files performed by Accountants. Check if all processes (procedures) are applied and respected.
- Preparation and follow up of the delivery planning (with the support of Accountants).
- Respect deadlines agreed in the Operating memorandum (with all other service providers).
- Ensure that the services are in alignment with Experta decisions and existing operating models.
CLIENT SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION
- Ensure proper communication with clients.
- Ensure proper communication within the business line and with other internal departments.
- Ensure proper resolution of issues including with other internal department
- Support the business development activities (if required)
- Ensure the business line is properly represented internally
- Ensure client retention through proper service delivery and active support of client reviews
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Ensure an efficient operational service to clients with proper following of processes.
- Respect rules and procedures in place within Experta.
- Develop dedicated expertise in various matters (Merger, DE-merger, consolidation methodologies, etc... IAS/IFRS)
- Ensure flexibility and adaptability
- Support and involvement in co sourced consolidation activities
SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE
- Ensure proper dedicated expertise on commercial accounting topics and consolidation
- Align with latest IAS-IFRS development to provide accurate figures
- Management of various GAAP.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE
- University or post-Graduate degree with experience in operations with dedicated experience in REPE sector or commercial company firms (5-10 years)
- Fluent in English and French
- Ability to communicate with various providers (internally and externally).
- Knowledge of business strategy and priorities as well as excellent understanding of business operations and processes and quality execution experience.
- Ability to represent Experta internally and externally
