About our client
The Private Equity and Debt Management team of an internationally recognized Merchant Bank is looking to hire an experienced accounting officer to take responsibility for all accounting matters related to their private debt fund.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the accounting work performed by external services providers: NAV calculations, interest accruals. Review and validation of the quarterly and annual accounts, yield and interest computations, accruals, distributions, management fees and other fund accounting output
- Monitoring of the debt portfolio in liaison with investment team and provide deal execution support
- Preparation of quarterly investor reports, financial reports for Group Accounting, audit schedules or other reports
- Monitoring of the debt portfolio in liaison with investment team and provide deal execution support
- Coordinating work with the auditors
Skills we’re looking for
- Private debt or equity accounting experience
- Accounting qualifications
- Good communication skills ad ability to operate in an international context
- English is mandatory, French will be a plus
