Senior Accountmanager Institutional Relations

Your job
This challenging job with Kempen Capital Management includes all aspects of Sales and Account Management for the specialist product lines. You will be the main driver of revenue acquisition for your specialist country and will ensure that the business goals are achieved. You will be working closely with the heads of sales, other sales account managers, the management team, and the support teams. Your responsibilities include generation of lead pipeline for new business and existing clients and relationship maintenance and development with key relationships. We expect you to take ownership of client issues with the help of the account managers and support teams. Active participation in conferences and special events, potentially even association memberships will be of great significance. You will work closely with the investment teams in the execution of mandates.

Your talents
We are looking for a proven sales person to sell a well-established range of high quality products including; Credit, High Income, Smallcap, Real Estate, Fund of Hedge Funds. The current focus for this position will be on driving new business at manager selectors and institutional investors. 

The suitable candidate has 8+ years proven sales experience from an asset management or banking background. CFA designation and/or experience with investment products is a plus. We are looking for a self starter, who is driven, personable and assertive and able to generate his/her own pipeline from cold calls and meet internal/external deadlines. You’re organized and have the ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel. You have the ability to present and negotiate with senior level management.
