Your key responsibilities will see you manage the monthly billings, debtors and accounting for all revenue streams within the company. This includes the maintenance of the GL system, debtor management, annual budgeting and forecasting and sales reconciliations and the completion of month end processes. Your duties will also involve you working with business partners to implement and improve processes. Working in a team environment, this role will see you regularly liaising with both internal and external clients for whom you will be providing an analysis and compilation of reports.
This hands on position will offer you the potential to utilise your extensive initiative, interpersonal and influencing skills, whilst being able to enhance your strategic and forward thinking capabilities. As an accounts receivable/billings specialist, you will pride yourself on your ability to manage a busy workload, as well as being able to identify and resolve complex billing issues.
Working closely with internal senior management as well as clients, you will be a strong communicator able to effectively work with a variety of people, handle queries and build positive relationships. A strong understanding of accounting functions, in particular accounts receivable and revenue, coupled with strong Excel skills will see you succeed in this role.
