The Senior A/R Customer Service Representative is responsible for working on all aspects of orders to cash, including order management, accounts receivable, and call center activities.
The candidate is expected to own the following activites:
- Develop continuous improvement initiatives related to order entry, claim resolution, collections, customer compliance processes, and call center processes
- Collaborate with the supply chain teams, sales, supply planning, production plant teams, regional sales, marketing, and finance
- Define and execute all customer service processes, including: billing, order entry, order management, collections, accounts receivable reconciliation, claims resolution, internal and external customer call support, and customer fine mitigation.
- Ensure customer service tools meet current and future business requirements through partnership with the Business Transformation team.
- Develop the business, analysis, and technical skills of all direct reports.
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years experience in a customer service, financial services, accounts receivable, or supply chain role.
Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors include: Operations, Logistics, Accounting, Finance.
Experience with ERP systems, planning systems, call center systems, or proven ability to work with systems and technologies.
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Superior analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work cross - functionally within the organization as well as with customers.
- Strong PC skills; ability to use Microsoft Office suite.
- Desired ability to use SAP R/3 and BW.
- Professional presence; ability to communicate effectively via phone email.
- Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed.
