Senior Administration Role - Mackay
Job Description Administration Officer We require an experienced administration professional to join our busy team in our Mackay office. The role will be offered on a full time basis. Main responsibilities of the role will include assisting with and supervising the coordination of reception duties, travel, external correspondence and providing general office support to our professional engineers and designers. Essential to the role is the ability to provide a high level of attention to detail in documentation (Word and Excel), exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload. Previous experience supervising a small administration team would also be advantageous. A friendly outgoing personality will help you fit into the team, whilst your experience managing multiple tasks in a busy, professional environment will be considered an asset. This role will involve learning and assisting others with our proprietary databases so the ability to quickly develop knowledge of applications will ensure your success. Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite are essential and exposure to maintaining engineering or project management files and documentation would be a distinct advantage.
