POSITION DESCRIPTION
Senior Administrative Assistant
• Provide a variety of adminstrative and staff support services to management.
• Assists in preparation and control of records, statistics and reports in support of Enterprise Mortgage Lending group.
• Serves as administrative liaison with internal and external staff regarding administrative issues on a frequent basis.
• Manages administrative projects and conducts directed research on mortgage-related topics.
• Assists with preparation of group administrative policies and procedures.
• Assists in budget preparation and control, including reconciliation of invoices.
• Maintains and updates user profiles, roles and other configurable software items for mortgage applications
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 8+ years related experience; 2 year degree preferred.
- Experience supporting mortgage management team preferred
- Experience supporting start up division preferred.
- Must be highly organized, with solid interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Mortgage Lending group functions and mortgage processes.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and related departmental applications
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete work with minimal supervision
