Responsibilities
This role will provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant, within the Office of the CEO U.S. Asset Management.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
This person must be exceedingly well organized, efficient, resourceful, flexible, and enjoy handling administrative challenges.

The ability to interact with management and staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality is critical to this role. Good written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

Duties include:

* Provides heavy Calendar Management and Scheduling Coordination; usually involving multiple participants who are across multiple time zones.
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
* Ability to set up video conference and maintain all logistics.
* Schedule and maintain travel arrangements.
* Prepare any itineraries needed for travel or meetings.
* Handle expense reports.
* Data entry, file maintenance, document/material preparation and other general administrative support; including any miscellaneous projects that may be requested.

Required Qualifications

* 3-5 years experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent Calendar Management skills.
* Must have proven organizational and prioritization skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including relationship building skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and project management skills are critical.
* Ability to exercise discretion due to accessing and handling sensitive information.
* Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment.
* High level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and PowerPoint applications. MS Access and SharePoint skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Concur, Axiom, and CampusShip systems is preferred.
