Our client, a professional services firm located in the South Eastern Suburbs have a rare opportunity available for a senior administrator to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your administration skills in a role that provides variety, autonomy and the scope for growth.

 

In this role you will work closely with a supportive team of financial planners and your duties will include but are not limited to:

·         Providing excellent customer service

·         Processing new applications

·         Assist with statement of advice preparation

·         Compiling and sending written communication to clients

·         Update records and account correspondence

·         Liaising with client and advisor quires

·         General administration duties

 

Successful applicants will have experience in the insurance industry, strong customer service skills with proven ability to develop and build rapport with clients, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once along with high attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
