National Business Recovery and Insolvency Specialists based in Berkshire are seeking an experience Senior Administrator to join their corporate team.
The role will require you to manage a mixed case load across CVL's MVL's, administrations and bankruptcies. Your duties will include preparing Section 98 reports, d-reports and annual meeting reports, liaising with creditors and solicitors and producing case reviews to ensure compliance with the Insolvency Act 1986. You will be give the chance to manage a small team of dedicated administrators and will be involved in staff development and on-the-job training.
To be considered you must have a minimum of six years experience working in Corporate Insolvency and managing cases from cradle to grave. It is essential that you are at least CPI qualified and that you hold a valid British driving licence.
