Position Summary

The position requires you to develop and maintain the global affiliate marketing strategy, lead the execution of marketing initiatives and the constant monitoring efforts of all affiliate activities and the affiliate market, negotiate new and existing deals with affiliates to meet company goals and to ensure that all affiliate activities in a country are aligned with the overall global and local marketing approach Cunet follows. 

 

The Senior Affiliate Account Manager also may manage Affiliate Account Managers and Affiliate Account Coordinators.

 

Principal Responsibilities

 

Work with internal stakeholders and external partners on Cunet brands to develop annual plans and promotional activities to support the financial objectives of the enterprise and specific business unit as well as the client objectives

 

·         Represent the company at industry events and conferences

·         Manage, in conjunction with School Delivery Account team, the day to day activity  for assigned Affiliates handling all technical, billing, CPL adjustments, and Lead Cap adjustments

·         Develop monthly and yearly forecasting for each channel by brand and web property. Regularly update future forecasts in tandem with trends.  Also develop daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly program performance reviews

·         Strategize, develop and own the execution of all aspects of marketing plans from conception through to reporting and analysis

·         Recommend budget shifts and reallocation to maximize efficiency, revenue opportunity and profitability

·         Manage and mentor a team of Affiliate Account Managers Coordinators

·         Develop and execute overall strategy for affiliate programs, display advertising, online marketing programs and alternative revenue streams

·         Day to day tasks include managing partnerships, reporting and analysis, promotional plans, budgets and efficiency

·         Define reporting needs and perform program analysis.  Develop communications, incentive and promotional plans. Meet sales goals within budget and maintain efficiency

·         Develop and implement processes for monitoring affiliates to ensure all guidelines outlined by the company and Cunet clients is being followed within regards to content, paid search, seo etc. Also ensure affiliate website content is maintained

·         Develop and implement QA processes within regards to tracking, monitoring and fulfillment

·         Strategize and facilitate the optimization of affiliate programs and work closely with internal and external clients to establish requirements for the  Cunet  affiliate program

·         Provide regular reports on affiliate performance and ROI to senior management

·         Develop and grow strong relationships with key affiliates

·         Develop and implement initiatives to improve affiliate performance and retention

·         Manage change and development of affiliate systems as well as spend within budgets and maximize ROI

·         Ensure affiliate tracking codes are being implemented and working correctly

·         Ensure affiliate payments are processed correctly and on time

·         Take ownership and resolution of affiliate technical, commercial and operational issues work with creative teams on affiliate banners, landing pages etc.

·         Ensure affiliate tool form and tracking systems are maintained

 

Education and Experience Requirements

·         Minimum Bachelor’s degree

·         Minimum 3 - 6 years digital media experience

·         2+ year affiliate marketing or online lead generation / media buying experience
