Senior Agile Analyst Team Business / Wholesale
Department: IT
Information technology is crucial for Tele2's business. The IT department is responsible for all IT services within Tele2 Netherlands for both internal and external customers. Internally, the IT department has around 1000 users; externally IT has more than one million customers. The IT department has around 100 employees.
At Tele2, information technology is integrated in all processes. The IT department is responsible for a wide range of applications that support product development, customer relationship management, sales, call centre activities, order management, operational service delivery, billing and finance.
Four Change Teams design, develop and test these applications in close cooperation with the business users. After user acceptance, the Operations Teams keep the applications up and running and support the users.
IT is further responsible for Billing Operations, as well as for e-mail, hosting and security services directly for large corporate customers.
Team: Change Team “Business Wholesale”
The four Change Teams are closely aligned with their business unit: Consumer, Business/Wholesale, NOE/Provisioning and Finance/Shared Applications. Business and IT together are adopting the Agile-Scrum way of working.
In the Change Team “Business Wholesale” 15 people in two scrum teams are delivering all changes in the portal, ordering and CRM systems which support both the Business department as well as the Wholesale department.
The Change Team uses a challenging mix of in-house and offshore development and testing.
Responsibilities of the Job
Together with your scrum team members you deliver changes to the Business Wholesale systems of Tele2 NL: order street, internal external interfaces and customer facing web pages or applications
You discuss solutions with the business Product Owners
You work closely with your team and jointly look for solutions, both on high architectural level and on lower levels.
You act as sparring partner for the developers and testers in your team
You help getting junior and medior analysts up to speed
You determine and follow standards in our methodologies and technologies always pursuing quality and balancing this with cost consciousness

Peers : Agile team members both onsite and offsite
Skills and requirements
Education
Academic (HBO) equivalent education, in information technology or a related area of expertise
Experience
with IT (5 years in CRM / Billing)
proven in an Agile/Scrum environment
with process/data modeling and backlog / user stories
with complex environments with multiple chains, preferably within a Telco environment
with strong analytic and advising skills
Special knowledge
· Strong command of English is required
