Senior Algo Consultant
Our client is looking for an experienced Algo Consultant. Giving the successful candidate the opportunity to work for one of Australia's Leading Banking and Financial Institution. If you have experience with APAMA and wants to work for a leading bank, this could be the role for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse historical market data with a view to implementing required strategies
- Monitor and tune strategies in realtime in a production trading environment
- Move strategies into production and continuously improve them
- Deliver strategies on-time and to specification
- Drive the change programme required to execute business strategies
- Define measurements and establish reporting tools for trading performance
- Work closely with the traders.
KEY SKILLS EXPERIENCE:
- Specialises in the equities and funds area.
- Excellent knowledge around c# and Java
- Interacting with historic time series data.
- 4+ years in RAD technical development (Tradertools, Apama, Matlab, etc)
- Able to drive initiatives across a range of team environments
- Excellent analytical communication skills
