Senior Analyst – Real Estate – London recruitment
Senior Analyst – Real Estate - OUR CLIENT, is a niche, leading commercial investment firm who are expanding and are seeking an Investment Analyst to join them in their fast-paced Central London office. THE ROLE will require the incumbent to work closely with the fee earners and MD on a retained prestigious portfolio of clients and provide top level analytical support and advice including:-
- Analysis of key investment deals for a mixed commercial portfolio, to include prime retail and office assets.
- Producing cashflow models, DCFs and IRRs.
- Presenting reports and assumptions at client meetings.
- Assessing overall financial viability of deals.
- Financial modelling And creating models and complex Excel spreadsheets
THE PERSON:- The preferred candidate will have strong analytical and Excel modelling skills and have previous knowledge of analysing direct real estate investment portfolios. Retail experience would be beneficial but not essential; however commercial property experience is a must, ideally from an agent, bank, or property company background. The preferred candidate must be adaptable and robust in order to work with all levels of management and also be able to work autonomously and with little supervision.
