Senior Analyst
This rapidly expanding real estate investment organisation is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst to join their Sydney Investment team. The role will provide exposure to investment strategies, new deals, due diligence and a number of senior stakeholders internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate investment strategies in line with overall business plan
- Identify and generate investment opportunities
- Structure and negotiate deals
- Due diligence
- Deal sourcing
Key Requirements:
- Degree in real estate / finance
- 4 years + experience working in an Analyst role focusing on real estate
- Property acquisition experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
