Senior Analyst
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and talented Senior Analyst, who has TIBCO and team leading experience.
This will be on an initial 12 months contract.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
- Has 10 years of working experience with minimum 6-7 years of TIBCO experience;
- Proficient in TIBCO architect design and implementation;
- Good understanding in Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) design and principles;
- Ability to communicate technologies to stakeholders efficiently;
- Ability to lead and guide junior team members;
- Good sense of ownership and responsibility;
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Desired Skill-set
- Development experience in core banking domain;
- Experience in Ab-initio implementation;
- Project/Vendor management experience.
Responsibilities
- Work with business in gathering requirements for projects/enhancements;
- Work with global IT Teams on end-to-end SDLC phases;
- Manage users expectations at all times;
- Review and analyze requirements, mapping against TIBCO architecture design;
- Prepare/review system documentations;
- Provide implementation support to support global project rollouts;
- Lead and guide junior team members on TIBCO design and implementation.
