Senior Analyst – Analytics and Insights – Customer and Product recruitment

Role:
This is an outstanding position to join a growing team determined to become an industry leader in Analytics and Insights, working with the business to drive sales growth. You will work as a true business partner with key stakeholders including Product Development, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Risk and Senior Business leaders.

This role will be a lead insight position, across both customer and product, driving strategic decision making around segmentation, marketing, propositions, churn management, inbound and outbound campaigns, and ROI. You will need to be able to take complex business problems and devise a workable solution through statistical analysis, presenting your recommendations back to key stakeholders.

Requirements:
You will have a lot of business interaction, regularly attending decision making meetings and presenting your ideas. As such you will need strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with a natuaral flair for numbers and ability to read large sets of data.

Strong SAS modelling skills
Your work will employ a variety of statistical technique from modelling, data mining, segmentations, and broader analysis work.
You must have a solid background in working with sizable customer databases in a complex product/proposition environment. This company has tens of millions of customers and a complex suite of different products, services and tariffs. They will consider people from outside of financial services if you meet the above requirements
