Senior analyst, Asian-based Private Equity firm (HKD $40K-$50K/month) recruitment
The Company
Our client is a growing Asian-based private equity firm that is currently expanding its investment desk to include a senior analyst to help support their China-based private equity investments. The firm is currently making several investments in China covering multiple sectors, covering from IT to green energy. Due to its increasing portfolio size, a position has been created for a senior analyst to join the firm.
The Role
- Assist in intensive research, and due diligence of Chinese companies of all various sectors in China
- Assist in all tasks from deal origination to execution
- Demonstrate an ability to screen investment opportunities based on financial modelling techniques and intensive research
- Constantly monitor portfolio
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Your Profile
You will have a strong academic background in finance, preferably holding a CFA charter. Furthermore, you will have at least 3-4 years experience preferably at a private equity company or from an investment bank. Ideal candidates for this role should also demonstrate a strong ability to be quantitative and understand financial modeling and be able to multi-task with multiple projects at the same time. You should also be fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
