Senior Analyst – Associate 2, Tech VC and Advisory Business recruitment
Our Client is a leading VC advisory and Co-Invest Business with a $150 million fund. They work mainly with Software and SAAS related products and on the sell side.
They have a unique approach to investment and advice and sit on the board of three leading Early and Growth stage Funds as advisors on Exit Strategy. This approach has helped them build a leading team advising and executing 12 Tech transactions last year alone with a value between $30 and $320 mill, more than any of the other Tech boutiques in Europe. They operate on a Partnership basis with their clients so their is no pitching for mandates and it is all about optimising value.
The role
- Cover all Board meetings in the absence of the Partners.
- First point of contact for the Client
- Evaluation of Tech Ventures for investment (Direct and Co-Invest)
- Creation of Presentations and 'Roadshows'
- Running the Sell-side process with support)
- Financial Modelling (Debt and Equity)
They are looking for;
- Strong Modelling and MA Execution skills
- As the junior person with six senior people you will be expected to step up and cover the Board meetings when required
- You will also be expected to have a passion for the Tech space.
- You can be from any background (MBA, Banker, CA or Consultant) but you MUST have several MA deals under your belt
- Strong communication and Presentation skills
