Senior Analyst / Associate, Corporate DCM recruitment
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Junior coverage contact for DCM clients
- Preparation of bespoke deal pitch ideas and materials
- Provide analytical resources to support origination, ratings advisory, liability management and MA activity
- Part of execution team supporting originators in the preparation and coordination of roadshows, marketing materials, transaction documentation
- Maintaining relationships with key internal and external counterparts
- Co-ordinating and liaising with Syndicate, GIB, legal and external counterparties during transactions as required
- Compile weekly market commentary for internal and external circulation
- Compile bi-weekly / monthly pricing updates for Corporate issuers across Europe
EDUCATION /OR EXPERIENCERequired
Degree level education
Previous relevant banking experience preferably in Debt Capital Markets
Understating of capital markets products required, derivative and/or credit experience beneficial
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with experience in financial modelling required
Strong PC skills specifically in Microsoft Office applications required
Research experience / sourcing data from the internet and various industry publications required
