Senior Analyst / Associate – Corporate Finance recruitment
The bank's corporate finance activities are directed from offices across Europe. The London team specialises in UK and cross border mid-market corporate finance advisory services to public and private companies across a range of industry sectors. The London team covers a wide range of sectors but has a growing reputation in FIG. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to work across all of these sectors
The Role
This opportunity will provide a high level of client exposure and will be broad in nature, covering areas such as:
- Assisting in the preparation of client presentations and information memoranda
- Assisting in the project management of both pitch documents and live transaction mandates
- Financial modelling
- Company valuations
- Company and industry research
- Assisting with the drafting of circulars, prospectuses and other public documentation and the processing of those through the UKLA
The Person
- You will have at least 2 years of experience in Corporate Finance gained within a bank, broker, boutique advisor or Big 4 MA team
- The position requires a self-confident person who is reliable, well organised with a high level of attention to detail and a good team spirit
- A strong academic background, excellent communication skills and a high degree of competence in financial modelling and valuations are required
- Knowledge of the Listing Rules and Takeover Code would be an advantage
- FIG exposure is advantageous but not essential
